Windsor Cottage

The renovation to this character dwelling aims to create a more livable home through providing additional dedicated living, laundry, storage, and bedroom suite spaces, whilst making the flood prone site more resilient. Rather than expanding the first floor, unusable undercroft, and the overall site coverage, the design adds a third level that is partially concealed within the existing roof profile.
